Her ability to consistently outperform the market stems from her innovative sales strategies, sharp negotiation skills, real-time market knowledge, and stunning home presentation. With over $300 million in total sales in recent years, Bridget has earned top industry accolades from her brokerage and respected organizations nationwide.
Bridget began her real estate career at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, where she quickly rose to become the #1 North Fork & Shelter Island Agent and a Top 5 Producer company-wide. In March 2021, Bridget and Eric were recruited by Compass, the nation's top real estate brokerage, as Founding Agents in the North Fork market. The move aligned with their strategic approach, allowing them to better serve clients through Compass’s industry-leading marketing and technology platforms.
Before real estate, Bridget graduated with honors with a degree in Mandarin and Asian Studies. She launched her career in luxury brand development, working with LVMH in Hong Kong and San Francisco before joining Ralph Lauren to expand business operations in Japan and Mainland China. This global exposure to the luxury market seamlessly translated into her expertise in high-end real estate on the East End.
A natural marketer with a passion for the North Fork lifestyle, Bridget has built a highly engaged Instagram following of 14,000+ (@northforkgrown). Her content has been recognized by Real Trends as an industry leader in real estate marketing. She has also been named one of "America’s Best" real estate professionals by the Wall Street Journal / Real Trends for three consecutive years—an honor reserved for the top 0.5% of the nation’s 1.4 million licensed agents. Bridget's listings are featured in the NY Times, NY Mag, DWELL, Arch Digest, Newsday, and other prestigious editorials and press outlets.
Born and raised on Long Island’s North Shore, Bridget attended The Greenvale School, Manhasset High School, and Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where she played both field hockey and lacrosse. Today, she, Eric, and their two daughters live in Greenport Village. She is also a board member of CAST (Community Action Southold Town), a vital nonprofit serving the North Fork community.

After spending eight years in the tech industry, initially in San Francisco and later in New York City, Eric and his wife, Bridget, made the heartfelt decision to call the North Fork their permanent home in 2014. They owned a charming boutique Inn located in Greenport before shifting their focus to real estate.
Bringing together their skills and passions, the couple united professionally after the joyous arrival of their daughter, Remy. Since then, they've seamlessly blended family life with remarkable business acumen, successfully closing contracts totaling over $250 million since 2019.
An entrepreneur at heart, Eric is not only devoted to his craft but also a passionate advocate for the unique lifestyle and opportunities that the North Fork offers. This dedication led him to become a Founding Agent at Compass in 2021, driven by a commitment to better serve his clients and to introduce this vibrant community to a broader audience. Continuously shaping the real estate landscape, Eric and Bridget embody the spirit of innovation and excellence, working diligently to contribute positively to the ever-evolving story of the North Fork.
In 2021, they welcomed their second daughter, Elliot, to the family, and the four of them now reside in the heart of Greenport Village.
